Job summary

Job Store Staffing in Boulder, CO is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III for a temp-to-hire role. You will assemble and manufacture components and sub-assemblies according to documented procedures, and perform detailed assembly tasks with an eye for quality.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with no weekend shifts. You will use common hand tools, perform fine-motor tasks, support equipment setup and calibration, and contribute to inventory accuracy as part of a growing

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be dependable and punctual with a strong safety focus.
• Ability to read and understand written work instructions in English.
• Basic computer skills for production tracking.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and manufacture components according to documented procedures.
• Complete detailed assembly work while meeting quality and production goals.
• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, socket wrenches, torque drivers, and hex wrenches.
• Perform fine motor tasks including trimming materials, applying labels, and following detailed instructions.
• Identify and escalate non-conforming parts or assemblies.
• Assist with equipment and tooling setup, calibration, and basic maintenance.
• Support inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Participate in new product introduction projects and verification activities.
• Use computer systems to track and complete production work.
