Aerotek is seeking a Production Associate to support specialized manufacturing of UHP Gas & Chemical Delivery systems in a high-tech environment. Based in Sherwood, OR, this contract-to-hire role emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork.

Expect hands-on assembly, precision grinding, and cross-department mobility as needed. Candidates should have 2+ years in manufacturing, ability to read English, and experience with basic hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience with good tenure (2+ years).
• Ability to read and write English clearly.
• Ability to operate basic hand and power tools.
• Mathematical skills for basic arithmetic without a calculator.
• Ability to read a tape measure or caliper.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pay meticulous attention to detail.

• Grind, sand, and polish stainless parts to meet specifications.
