Job summary

Innova Solutions in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Assembly Technician for a 12-month contract to operate tube process stations and related equipment. The role requires careful handling of delicate tubes, routine maintenance, and strict adherence to safety and process procedures to meet quality targets.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of manufacturing experience and familiarity with clean room practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience wearing clean room attire and working in a clean room environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee tube process stations and associated vacuum/electronic equipment.
• Unload/load systems and handle tubes without damage.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Adhere to procedures and work instructions to meet quality and yield goals.
• Maintain accurate records in the Quality Tracking System (QTS).
• Monitor meters and sensing devices for vacuum, temperature, and torque.
