Job summary

Montana Tank Works, now backed by Cemen Tech, seeks a Quality Assembly Supervisor to lead daily assembly operations, ensure safety, and uphold quality standards. You will coach teams, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to deliver first-time quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing with 2+ in a lead role, proficiency in reading engineering drawings, and experience with ERP and QA systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of manufacturing or assembly experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily assembly operations to meet production schedules.
• Coach team members and drive first-time quality and on-time delivery.
• Identify hazards and enforce safety practices.
• Coordinate priorities with Team Leads, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Operations.
• Conduct daily startup meetings and communicate goals.
• Perform inspections per drawings and specs and maintain quality records in ERP/QMS.
• Support NCRs and corrective actions with cross‑functional teams.
