100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Precision Assembly Specialist to join our Stoughton, Evansville, and Brodhead facilities on the Assembler I track. You will follow drawings to assemble parts, fasten components securely, and lay out measurements from blueprints. Use drills, rivet guns, and other tools to complete tasks with attention to quality.

The role emphasizes accurate measurement, safe work practices, and dependable attendance, with overtime required on Fridays as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, production, construction, or assembly preferred.
  • Comfort with hand and power tools and maintaining steady production rhythm.
  • Accurate tape measure reading and basic math skills.
  • Blueprint reading capability or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and quality mindset.
  • Teamwork, clear communication, and reliable attendance.
  • Willingness to work Friday overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Follow production documentation and drawings to assemble parts and subassemblies.
  • Fasten components securely using bolts, screws, rivets, and additional hardware.
  • Lay out measurements from blueprints; drill through aluminum, steel, and wood; prep metal surfaces for assembly.
  • Use hand and power tools—drills, impact wrenches, rivet/Huck guns, grinders, sanders, routers—to complete tasks.
  • Conduct quality checks as you go, maintain a clean, safe work area, and contribute to team goals.
  • Demonstrate dependable attendance and support scheduled overtime, including Fridays when required.
