Job summary

Integer is seeking a production associate to develop competency in basic assembly and inspection operations. The incumbent will follow written procedures to meet production and quality requirements in a controlled manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years related work experience preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instruction; learn to recognize obvious defects.
• Ability to read blueprints preferred. Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices preferred. Experience in a regulated industry with Medical devices preferred.
• Able and willing to learn assembly operations; work is closely supervised.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer's Values and Quality policies.
• Sets up equipment for assembly/inspection per MPI and QWI.
• Under close supervision, follows standard work and completes tasks.
• Assembles components per print using manual and automated machines.
• Inspects parts or assemblies for conformance to specifications and flags defects.
• Completes Device History Records and GDP-compliant documentation.
• May package assemblies for shipment.
• Participates in team activities for process/product improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Expands skills through on-the-job training, cross-training, and classes.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment following procedures and rules.
• Participates in flex break programs as required.
• Performs other duties as needed.
