Job summary

Integer is seeking an assembly/inspection associate to perform and document assembly and inspection tasks following MPI/QWI instructions and written procedures. The role supports cross-training and requires attention to quality and safety in a regulated environment.

The incumbent will follow GDP, participate in team improvement activities, and maintain accurate records while working under supervision in a structured production setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instruction.
• Must recognize defects in workmanship and demonstrate competency in assembly processes.
• Experience reading blueprints preferred; IPC soldering standards certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety policies and quality procedures.
• Sets up equipment per MPI and QWI instructions.
• Understands tasks and follows Standard Work under supervision.
• Understands production flow within the department.
• Assembles components per print using manual and automatic machines.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally; escalates defects.
• Completes Device History Records and GDP documentation.
• May package assemblies for shipping.
• Participates in team activities focused on process improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains safe, clean work environment.
• Participates in flex break programs.
• Expands skills via training and cross-training.
• Performs other duties as required.
