Job summary

Integer Holdings in Minneapolis is seeking an entry-level assembler/inspector to develop competency in basic assembly and inspection operations. You will follow written procedures to meet production and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, assembling parts per prints, inspecting for defects, documenting per GDP, and participating in process improvement initiatives. Training and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum Experience: 0-2 years related work experience.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instruction.
• Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer's Values and Quality Policy.
• Sets up equipment for assembly/inspection per MPI and QWI.
• Under supervision, follows Standard Work and understands task relation to team.
• Assembles components per print using manual and automatic machines.
• Inspects parts for conformance and escalates defects.
• Completes Device History Records and GDP documentation.
• May package assemblies for shipment.
• Participates in team activities for process improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Expands skill base via on-the-job training and classroom instruction.
• Maintains safe/clean work environment by following procedures.
• Participates in flex break programs as required.
• Performs other functions as required.
