ManpowerGroup is hiring Manufacturing Associates to support a stable, high-demand production facility in Gray, ME. This role focuses on small-part and electronic bench-style assembly in a clean, light-manufacturing environment.

In addition to newly increased pay rates on all shifts, these positions offer consistent schedules, predictable hours, and a clear temp-to-hire path for candidates who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Basic computer skills (entering data, reading electronic work orders)
• Ability to remain focused on repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Post-offer background check will be required

Responsibilities

• Assemble small parts or electronic components using written instructions, diagrams, or work orders
• Use hand tools or small power tools to complete assemblies
• Perform light soldering
• Inspect finished pieces to ensure quality and accuracy
• Prepare completed products for packaging, storage, or shipment
• Record basic production or quality data using simple computer systems
