Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an assembler for a first-shift role in Bangor, ME. You will perform electronic and mechanical assembly, following drawings and procedures, with daytime hours and a path to temp-to-hire.

The position offers $18/hour or more based on experience, a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and opportunities to cross-train in multiple areas while advancing within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Entry-level acceptable; mechanical or electronic assembly experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic and mechanical assembly of components, assemblies, and sub‑assemblies following drawings and work instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while supporting safety and quality standards
