Job summary

Hendrickson in Hebron, Ohio is seeking a production assembler to join the manufacturing team. You will use pneumatic and hand tools to assemble parts per specifications and support the overall assembly process.

The job requires reading production schedules, performing quality checks, reporting daily activities, and maintaining safe working habits. A High School Diploma/GED and 1–2 years of assembly experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must interpret production schedules and build specifications.
• Overtime may be required depending on production needs.
• Must be able to utilize torque wrenches per specs.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screening and stay drug free.
• Must follow all safety practices and policies.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using pneumatic/hand tools per specifications.
• Perform quality checks on components and completed work.
• Report daily activities and production data as directed.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Interact with technical support and assist downtime activities.
