Job summary

The Associate II, Assembly at Cardinal Health plays a key role in the manufacturing process of Cardinal Health medical products. The Associate II operates multiple machines at once and performs routine inspections to ensure quality specifications are met.

This on-site role requires adherence to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures. Pay rate is $17.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO and HSA options.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates production equipment in accordance with current manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
• Measures and records data associated with operating and manufacturing equipment.
• Verifies outputs in the manufacturing process and ensures that quality and quantity standards are met.
• Inspects components for debris, and or any other potential quality defect and reports defects as needed to management and the quality team.
• Performs duties in compliance with all safety rules and regulations required by the Company, Local, and State and Federal provisions.
