Job summary

GEODynamics in Millsap, TX is seeking an Assembly Operator to join our team. The campus sits on the frontage road of Interstate 20 near Millsap and is west of Fort Worth, with easy commutes from Weatherford, Stephenville, Mineral Wells and Aledo.

You will perform standard assembly, use various tools, monitor quality, and maintain accurate inventory records. This is an entry-level position requiring a high school diploma and up to 2 years of experience, with potential growth in an OSHA-conscious

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years’ experience preferred; entry level with some oil & gas perforated products exposure is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Must have manual dexterity, good eyesight, and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard assembly procedures to safely load, repair and store guns & equipment.
• Use tools and equipment to assemble units per required specifications.
• Identify faulty parts and ensure products function properly and meet quality standards.
• Maintain paperwork or computer entries for inventory items.
• Complete inventory counts and communicate results.
• Learn to perform preventative maintenance on machines using written instructions and checklists.
• Keep tools, shop and workspace in good condition and clean.
• Practice safe work habits per OSHA and GEO health and safety expectations.
