Job summary

stow Group is seeking an assembly team lead in Georgia to supervise team members in assembling parts per work instructions and schedules. You will operate power tools, assist with cell setup, and ensure safety and quality while maintaining productivity.

The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical work, teamwork, strong attention to detail, and adherence to OSHA guidelines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials per OSHA guidelines.
• Familiarity with power tools, torque wrenches, and basic hand tools.
• Experience in a high-pace, mass production or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and detecting anomalies.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team that assembles parts and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Operate and safely handle power tools, packaging tools, including torque wrenches and other hand tools.
• Lead the setup and clean out of assembly cells by operating overhead crane and running electric stackers.
• Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards.
• Perform visual and functional inspections of assembled frames.
• Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to lead.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Load and unload assembly cells using electric-pallet mover.
