Job summary

The role requires reading and following work instructions, BOMs, and quality checks while maintaining a clean, organized work area and strict adherence to safety protocols. Team collaboration and attention to detail are essential for meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Good reading, writing, communication, and math skills for following instructions and completing documentation.
• Ability to read/understand bills of material.
• 1-2 years’ light assembly experience preferred.
• Awareness of safe assembly procedures.
• Attention to detail and urgency to meet customer needs.
• Work with minimal supervision or as a team.
• No known allergies to glue/paint/silicone.
• Ability to lift 40 lb without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build truck components per customer requirements and quality systems.
• Adhere to standardized work using first/last piece inspection, audit log, work instructions and other processes.
• Clean and maintain work area per cleanliness/5S standards.
• Comply with all safety regulations including PPE.
