Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year or more of manufacturing experience and two years of consistent job history.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; maintain composure under pressure; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts according to work instructions and production orders.
• Read and interpret procedures; perform repetitive assembly operations.
• Inspect components and report nonconformances to supervisor or QA.
• Maintain clean, safe work area following 5S standards.
• Ticket finished products and prepare labels as required.
• Support continuous improvement and teamwork to meet production goals.
