Job summary

Acara Solutions in Palo Alto is looking for an experienced assembler-welder to support the manufacturing department by building components and subassemblies from detailed drawings and work instructions. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in this role.

You will perform resistance spot welding, laser/TIG welding, and brazing to join components across production stages, assemble and leak-check subassemblies, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards while collaborating with

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
Minimum 1 year MIG or TIG welding experience.

Responsibilities

Assemble components and subassemblies using detailed drawings and work instructions.
Perform resistance spot welding, laser/TIG welding, and brazing to join components in different production stages.
Assemble and leak-check subassemblies (including stems and coolers).
Follow all safety, quality, and process standards.
Work closely with assemblers, process engineers, and product engineers to meet production goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Support production schedules, including overtime when needed.
