• Meet or exceed production standards.
• Maintain quality standards on all products.
• Safely load and unload machinery with proper tooling as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the department.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Attend as scheduled; maintain regular attendance.
• Understand and follow ISO documentation and work procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints when required.
• Select tooling and process setup as directed by team leader.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHAS 18001 requirements.
