Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure guards and safety equipment are installed and checked.
• Meet or exceed production standards.
• Maintain quality standards on all products.
• Safely load and unload machinery with proper tooling and product as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain good housekeeping throughout the department.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Regular attendance per schedule.
• Understand and follow safety policies and ISO work procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints when required.
• Select proper tooling and process setup as directed by supervisor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHAS 18001 requirements.
