• Proficient knowledge of configuration control procedures.

• Ability to use various computer software applications to analyze and manage data.

• Ability to lead team meetings and encourage participation.
• Ability to act as a liaison between other teams/functions.

• Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Performs highly specialized and very complex manufacturing or production tasks on complex electronic and/or mechanical assemblies.
• Participates in concurrent design team.
• Performs very complex fabrication or inspection functions in production or pre-production environments.
• Builds or integrates complex hardware for prototypes and large systems.
• Builds complex RF, multi-function cables and harnesses.
• Solders complex subassemblies to meet RF performance.
