Responsibilities include detailed assembly, inspection, and measurement to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards. The role requires reading drawings, using calipers and micrometers, and adhering to safety procedures in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Ability to follow routers and written procedures accurately.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to use basic hand-held measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers.
• Strong manual dexterity and the ability to handle and manipulate small components.
• Ability to perform detailed, repetitive work while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small components, motion control products, and related systems.
• Inspect components and assemblies using visual checks and precision measuring tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, routers, and work instructions to complete work accurately.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and other hand-held measuring tools to verify dimensions and production accuracy.
• Identify quality concerns, nonconforming parts, or assembly issues and report them to the supervisor.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work area.
• Follow established company safety, quality, and production procedures.
