Job summary

Allient Inc. in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking an assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will perform assembly and inspection of small motor components and motion control products, following blueprints and work instructions.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math, and good manual dexterity. Experience with calipers or micrometers is a plus; soldering or lead wiring is beneficial. This is a hands-on, fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect components and assemblies using visual checks and precision inspection tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and work instructions to build parts.
• Use calipers and other measuring tools to verify dimensions.
• Assemble and inspect parts to meet customer specifications.
