Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; ability to read and follow work instructions (MOPs) and basic diagrams in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stand and perform detailed hand work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Preferred 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 or other quality management systems.
• Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complete products and sub-assemblies from components using hand and power tools—following MOPs.
• Assemble kits while maintaining quality and following MOPs.
• Verify part numbers, materials, and completed assemblies for accuracy before they move to the next step.
• Spot and report product rejects and non-conforming items to the Production Lead right away.
• Keep training certifications current for all relevant production lines and stations.
• Record production activities accurately and on time for traceability.
• Keep a consistent work pace in line with standard work and takt time.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE throughout your shift.
• Join team improvement activities and training programs; hit daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
