Job summary

Hydrafacial is seeking an entry-level Assembler I to join our Long Beach manufacturing team. You will follow MOPs to assemble products and sub-assemblies, verify parts, and keep safety and quality at the forefront.

This on-site, hands-on role requires good dexterity, ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance, and readiness to work with PPE and ISO 13485 quality standards. Training and a path to more advanced roles are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions (MOPs) and basic diagrams in English.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for detailed assembly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to ask questions when clarity is needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools per MOPs.
• Assemble kits while maintaining quality per procedures.
• Verify part numbers and materials before progressing.
• Report rejects to Production Lead to prevent downstream issues.
• Maintain training certifications for relevant production lines.
• Record production activities accurately for traceability.
• Maintain takt time and steady work pace.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE throughout shift.
• Participate in team improvement activities.
• Collaborate with teammates to hit daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
