Qualifications

• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and prior machine-operating experience.
• Stable work history, preferably in manufacturing, with safety focus.
• Strong customer focus, work ethic, and willingness to do what is needed (no shortcuts).
• Basic math skills, including decimals, with logical problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Operate a machine to assemble components per specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect parts for proper assembly and defects; tag non-conforming items.
• Maintain a clean workstation and production areas.
• Set up machines per work instructions; learn all area machines.
• Move to other lines to support company needs.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Communicate test results and issues to technicians/engineers.
• Complete tasks as directed by schedules within standard times.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
