You will read blueprints, follow work instructions, and cooperate with technicians to meet production goals. The role requires lifting up to 40 pounds, overtime when needed, and a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Stable work history in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong customer focus and work ethic.
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings/blueprints.
• Willingness to overtime during peak production.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operates a machine to assemble component parts per specifications.
• Inspects parts for proper assembly and cosmetic defects.
• Maintains a clean, safe workstation and surrounding area.
• Sets up machines according to work instructions.
• Learns all machines in the work area and can move between lines.
• Communicates test results and issues to production staff.
