• Demonstrates basic math including decimals.
• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and ability to read/interpret instructions.
• Ability to work overtime during peak periods.
• Must be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Operate a machine to assemble component parts to company specifications and customer expectations.
• Inspect parts for proper assembly and cosmetic defects; tag non-conforming parts.
• Maintain a clean workstation and production areas.
• Set up machines per work instructions and learn all machines in the area.
• Move between lines as needed to support production.
• Wear PPE and follow safety guidelines.
• Communicate test results, issues, and improvements to technicians and engineers.
• Adhere to schedules and perform other duties as assigned.
