Position requires lifting up to 40 lbs, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to work overtime during peak periods. A strong mechanical background and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude with machine operation.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Capable of working in a team and following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate a machine to assemble parts per specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect parts for proper assembly and cosmetic defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and report safety hazards.
• Set up machines according to work instructions and train on other lines as needed.
• Communicate test results and issues to technicians and engineers.
