The role requires experience with microscopes and small tools, plus careful inspection and collaboration with teammates to resolve issues and drive corrective actions for safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in mechanical or electrical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working under a microscope.
• Ability to use small hand-tools such as tweezers and microscope.
• Basic computer skills for documenting defects and time charging.
• This position requires a US Person under export laws.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components following detailed work instructions and blueprints to meet quality and production standards.
• Perform routine inspections and tests on assembled products to ensure compliance with specifications and identify defects.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions.
