Job summary

A-dec is seeking an Assembler II to perform routine and semi-routine assembly tasks, including sub-assemblies and final product assembly. This role involves packaging, inventory support as a Water Spider, and quality checks to meet safety and production standards.

You will follow SWADs, use hand and pneumatic tools, and work with engineering to learn full product lines while upholding safety and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English and follow written and oral instructions.
• Basic math calculations and measurement understanding are required.
• Able to troubleshoot problems and operate measuring and assembly tools.
• Able to interpret SWAD, production orders, test instructions, and quality checklists.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine assembly tasks and sub-assemblies according to SWADs.
• Assemble electrical and mechanical components and final products.
• Package products while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Assist with inventory flow and material handling as a water spider.
