Job summary

A-dec is seeking an Assembler II for our Oregon facility. You will perform routine and semi-routine assembly tasks, assemble electrical and mechanical components, and build final products while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

You will also support inventory flow as a Water Spider, follow SWADs, and collaborate with manufacturing engineers. PPE and safety practices are required throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English with ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.
• Able to troubleshoot problems when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components and sub-assemblies following SWADs.
• Package products while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Support inventory movement (Water Spider) by stocking bins and pallets.
• Build final products and work with manufacturing engineers as needed.
• Operate hand and pneumatic tools, fixtures, and testing equipment; observe PPE and safety guidelines.
• Interpret test instructions and production order paperwork; assist in troubleshooting when required.
