Job summary

Hydrafacial LLC in Long Beach, CA is seeking an Assembler I to build complete products and sub-assemblies on the production floor with precision and care. You will follow manufacturing operating procedures, verify parts, and maintain traceability for quality and patient safety.

This on-site role requires good manual dexterity, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance, and the discipline to adhere to safety guidelines while contributing to continuous improvement and team goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions (MOPs) and diagrams in English, plus verbal instructions.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination; stand, walk, and perform detailed hand work for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and a readiness to ask questions when clarity is needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complete products and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools per SOPs.
• Assemble kits while maintaining quality and following procedures.
• Identify and report rejects to Production Lead promptly to prevent defects.
• Maintain certified trained status for relevant production lines and stations.
• Maintain steady work pace per standard work and takt time.
• Verify part numbers, materials, and completed assemblies for accuracy.
• Document production activities accurately for traceability and quality system compliance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional activities.
• Work cooperatively with teammates to meet production goals.
