Composition Brands in Greenville, Michigan, is hiring an Assembler to support growing manufacturing operations. This full-time role starts on the 1st shift, with a schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and offers a wage starting at $17.00 to $19.85 per hour, contingent on experience.

You will collaborate with the assembly line team to ensure efficient production, quality workmanship, and timely completion of tasks while maintaining safety standards across the plant.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical computations required to complete production records.
• Ability to use and operate hand tools.
• Capable of standing on concrete surfaces for long periods.
• Hand-eye coordination for high volume repetitive assembly.

Responsibilities

• Secures and maintains component parts and supplies.
• Fits parts together per prescribed methods and quality standards.
• Operates presses and machinery or hand tools to complete assembly.
• Stacks completed products per established procedures.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
• Checks materials and finished products for standards compliance.
• Follows safety and quality procedures and guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
