Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is hiring an Assembler in Lebanon, Indiana. In this role, you will build, inspect, and package products while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. Responsibilities include following work orders, maintaining workstation cleanliness, and communicating effectively within a team. Ideal candidates will possess strong attention to detail, basic hand tool proficiency, and a teamwork-oriented mindset. Manufacturing/assembly experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per work orders/specifications.
• Inspect units to meet quality standards and escalate issues.
• Follow safety policies and proper tool/material handling.
• Clean and organize the workstation; perform sanitation/cleanup.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
