Job summary

Staffmark in Wilmington, OH is hiring for an Assembler on 1st shift. Pay rate is $18.00 per hour with a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule. You will assemble products using hand and power tools, read blueprints, and follow detailed work instructions to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires basic math, ability to read tape measures/blueprints, and a willingness to work overtime. Benefits include weekly pay and comprehensive coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent training/experience.
• Ability to understand and follow simple instructions, written or verbal.
• Ability to work in a team-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up activities as required.
• Position and align components for assembly.
• Assemble parts into subassemblies per BOM.
• Operate air tools and basic hand tools for assembly.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment.
• Complete tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Overtime and Saturdays may be required.
