Job summary

Potter Global Technologies is seeking an Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will build products from components through final assembly, using hand tools and power tools, while ensuring high quality and adherence to instructions.

You will also complete packing operations, maintain a safe work environment, and work closely with team members to meet milestones and improve performance. Prior blueprint reading and manual-following skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow operation manuals.
• Strong time management to meet deadlines.
• Respectful, collaborative interaction with others.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and assembling per specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Potter Global Technologies products from components to final assembly.
• Use hand tools and power tools to build products.
• Pack parts into cartons and seal with tape.
• Maintain a safe, orderly workspace and follow safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with teammates and manufacturing leaders to improve quality and throughput.
