You will inspect products for defects, verify conformance to specs, and report issues promptly. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and attention to detail in a physically demanding setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.
• Work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
• Strong reliability and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies according to blueprints, work instructions, and production requirements.
• Follow established assembly procedures and quality standards.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment as required.
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality issues.
• Verify products meet customer and company specifications.
• Report any production or quality concerns promptly.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
• Help identify and resolve assembly-related issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace protocols.
