Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct repetitive movements of lightweight parts (up to 10 pounds/part).
• Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to interact with others in a respectful and collaborative manner.
• Adequately read and follow written instructions from an operation manual.
• Prior experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting using tools to assemble small items is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase consistency in operations by reading and following the operation manual.
• Use hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, box cutters and power tools to assemble Potter Global Technologies products.
• Complete packing operations by packaging parts into cartons and taping boxes.
• Serve as a partner to the Quality Control Team by following standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Actively create a safe and secure work environment by adhering to company safety measures.
• Collaborate with manufacturing leaders to accept feedback to improve performance and product quality.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support team goals and project milestones.
