Qualifications

• 3+ years of related assembly, manufacturing, or production experience.
• Familiarity with hand tools and ability to demonstrate proficiency within 90 days across essential production tools.
• Ability to operate and drive machinery as trained.

Responsibilities

• Precision Assembly: follow work instructions, standardized workflows, quality checkpoints, and taping systems to build equipment.
• Systems & Documentation: locate parts, interpret blueprints, and navigate ISO procedures to maintain compliance.
• Technical Craftsmanship: perform basic assembly tasks to keep production lines moving smoothly.
