Job summary

Staffmark is hiring for an Assembler in Berea, KY to assemble forklift trucks and related components using hand tools and clear work instructions. This role offers 1st and 2nd shifts with steady hours and competitive weekly pay.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, and teamwork. You will follow SOPs, maintain a safe work area, and contribute to on-time production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to use hand tools and follow assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble forklift trucks and related components according to production specifications
• Install and inspect parts, including drive axles, side shifters, lights, seats, fluid compartments, and accessories
• Verify completed assemblies meet quality standards
• Use hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals
• Perform additional assembly and production duties as assigned
