Job summary

ASC Engineered Solutions is seeking an Assembler in Liberty, SC to assemble fire protection sprinklers and devices using automated equipment. The role requires performing assembly on a production line, conducting inspections, and supporting hydrostatic testing processes.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of assembly line experience, strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and a solid understanding of safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of manufacturing experience on an assembly line.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly line tasks with safety compliance.
• Operate CNC machinery and semi-automated equipment.
• Inspect parts and ensure correct BOM components.
• Set up line for hydrostatic bath test and inspect results.
• Maintain clean and safe work area per 5S program.
• Assist with inventory checks and part availability.
• Collaborate with Cell Leaders and Production team.
