Job summary

Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Co., Inc in Liberty, SC is seeking an Assembler to join our production team. The role involves assembling components on an automated line for fire protection sprinklers and devices.

You will operate CNC machinery and semi-automated equipment, perform inspections, and support safety and quality standards in a climate-controlled, production-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of manufacturing experience on an assembly line.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe workplace by following all rules and 5S standards.
• Performs manual labor on a production line.
• Inspect parts per BOM requirements (cap washer, bulb, screw, frame, deflector, etc.).
• Set up line for hydrostatic bath test and inspect completed products.
• Test pressure and gauge in hydrostatic bath.
• Identify required parts from BOM.
• Perform visual inspections of finished goods and WIP.
• Operate CNC machinery and semi-automated equipment (stamping, clamping, torque wrenches, hydrostatic testing, bulb testing).
• Maintain clean and safe area in line with 5S program.
• Coordinate with Cell Leaders, Production Assistants, and Material Handlers.
• Check inventory of parts.
• Perform other duties as directed.
