Job summary

Sioux Manufacturing is seeking an assembler to join our production team onsite. You will assemble and finish products, perform touch-ups, and apply client-specific markings while following documented quality standards. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should be able to read work instructions, operate basic hand and power tools, and maintain clean, safe work areas. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3–6 months' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Follow applicable work instructions and processes (work order, traveler, MPS, engineer directive).
  • Report on assigned work orders and inspect equipment and materials.
  • Trim and sand sharp edges from parts and repair parts when needed.
  • Mix epoxy, touch up areas with paint, and apply markings per instructions.
  • Operate tools (sanders, air hose, hand tools, punch press, tape measure) to process product.
  • Maintain clean work areas and follow safety procedures.
