Paycom - ATS is seeking an Assembler to build products per SOPs in a structured production area. You will stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while following safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes quality checks, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is preferred, with prior manufacturing/assembly experience a plus; reliability and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous manufacturing/assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 30 lbs. regularly.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components accurately according to SOPs.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
• Operate safely in compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.
• Complete and submit daily production logs accurately and on time.
• Meet or exceed daily production quotas and performance targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Supervisor.
