Seaga is seeking an Assembler to join our Kearneysville, WV manufacturing team. You will assemble products according to SOPs, perform quality checks, and ensure all safety guidelines are followed during the shift.

Candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 30 lbs. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and timely production logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to SOPs.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
• Operate safely in compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.
• Complete and submit daily production logs accurately and on time.
• Meet or exceed daily production quotas and performance targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Supervisor.
