Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to use small hand tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to distinguish between colors for wiring and component identification.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Assemble control panels and other electrical/mechanical components.
• Use small hand tools to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Read and follow wire schedules, assembly guides, and work instructions.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
