Job summary

Aerotek in Florence, KY is seeking an Assembly Technician to join a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing operation. You will build and assemble products with precision, following detailed verbal and written instructions to ensure quality and accuracy.

This contract-to-hire role offers a stable, full-time opportunity onsite with a pay rate of $18.00–$20.70 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental and vision, a 401(k) plan with stock options, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience performing assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed verbal and written work instructions.
• Perform mechanical assembly of components, assemblies, and subassemblies.
• Label and organize parts accurately.
• Assemble components using visual guides and specifications.
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate scanners and hand tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Accurately report production and assembly information.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work area.
• Follow company safety, quality, and security procedures.
• Support additional production tasks as assigned.
