Job summary

Aerotek® Inc. is hiring assemblers for Elon, NC and Burlington, NC. This contract-to-hire role pays $18.00 to $19.00 per hour and requires hands-on assembly, testing, packaging, and production duties using hand and power tools.

Prior assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience is strongly preferred. The position offers a clean, climate-controlled environment with pay raises, PTO, holidays, and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and

Qualifications

• Current or recent assembly, manufacturing and warehouse, or construction experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assembling or building, testing, and packaging small parts.
• Will be performing production duties including packing, cleaning parts, quality inspection, painting, etc.
• Other areas will involve production assembly and production machine operating responsibilities where you will work with your hands and use tools.
• Use hand tools and power tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, power drills, torque tools, and impact tools.
• Blueprint reading experience is a huge plus
