Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an Assembler to perform high‑level repetitive line assembly in a manufacturing setting. You will work on multiple lines, using hand and power tools, read drawings and method sheets, and uphold strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience.
• Familiar with and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Experience operating fork trucks and hoists preferred.
• Knowledgeable of computer systems and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive progressive line assembly of parts and sub-assemblies on lines within the plant.
• Read and apply method sheets and assembly diagrams; follow verbal and written directions.
• Operate power and hand tools required for job duties.
• Load and unload units onto conveyors and carts; read print drawings for dimensions.
• Maintain and inspect tools/equipment; create work orders for repairs as needed.
• Support the QMS by delivering quality products and meeting quality objectives.
