Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components following work instructions and blueprints.
• Use hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, crimpers, and other assembly equipment.
• Perform quality checks and testing to ensure products meet specifications.
• Read and follow schematics, shop orders, and engineering documents.
• Cross-train in other manufacturing areas as needed.
• Report quality or process issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and team-oriented work environment.
